At the check in time,  you will be asked for your valid passport and visa for Vietnam, wherever you fly from. There are 2 kinds of Vietnam visa: Vietnam Consulate Visa  with a ready stamp into  your passport or Vietnam visa on arrival (with a signed Vietnam visa approval letter)

3, When you land in Vietnam International airport (Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, Danang airport in Ho Chi Minh City orTan Son Nhat airport in Ho  Chi Minh), the Immigration Office with the bright sign saying “visa-on-arrival” or “landing visa” in the right or ahead beasides the Custom area will be seen at first.
-          If you have Vietnam Consulate Visa with the stamped Vietnam visa in your passport, just go ahead to the Customs area, hand in your passport for checking and proceed to the baggage area.
-          If you use visa on arrival Vietnam service, you just submit your printed Vietnam visa approval letter + Passport + 2 photos, fill out an entry form, and pay for the stamp fee ($25 for single entry, and $50 for multiple one) to the Immigration Desk, you will get your Vietnam visa stamped within couple of minutes
After receiving the granted entry by Vietnam immigration officers and customs officers, you can collect your luggage easily and fastly in Vietnam airports, call the taxi or bust to your destination.
4, When you exit Vietnam, you only need to show your original passport at the immigration stations before heading to security checkpoint. In case you stay longer than your exit date in the Vietnam Visa stamped on your passport, you may pay fines. So don’t forget to check out this date or extend your Visa Vietnam before leaving.
